'Pizza'

Ingredients:
  • 1 envelope active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 20g shen qu
  • 10g sha ren
  • 10 g chicken internal organs
  • 10g Lotus Seeds
  • 20g Haw
  • 40g sugar
  • 135g flour
  • 100g Chicken Breast
  • 1 Green and Red capsicum, sliced
  • Any amount Button mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Small prawns
  • ¼ cup Wolfberry seed
  • 4-5 pieces Walnut (finely chopped)

Directions:
  1. Put warm water in a cup; sprinkle yeast over water and stir in sugar. Let yeast stand for about 10 minutes, or until it begins to bubble.
  2. Sift flour and salt into a large bowl; pour in yeast mixture and beat until stiff dough is formed.
  3. Grind the Chinese herbs into smaller pieces.
  4. Blend the herbs in a blender until it becomes powder form.
  5. Mix with sugar, flour and stir evenly.
  6. Add adequate amount of water and stir until it forms a paste.
  7. Spread a layer of herb paste evenly on the base of the pizza leaving 1 inch round the border.
